How many guests do you bake for?
From small team parties to events with 400+ guests. For bigger parties we bring the food truck, for smaller groups or indoors the mobile oven. The price calculator shows you what fits your number of guests.
Food truck or mobile oven – which suits us?
The food truck is ideal for bigger parties outdoors. The mobile oven works indoors, for smaller groups or for places the truck can't reach.
What does it cost?
Enter your number of guests and date in the price calculator and you'll see the price right away. For the mobile oven we'll send you an individual offer.
What do you need on site?
Food truck: a space of approx. 2.35 × 5.70 m and three-phase power (380/400 V, 32 A ideal, 16 A is enough for smaller events). Mobile oven: just a bit of space and a power outlet.
Does it work in winter?
Yes. The food truck is out in any weather.
What's on the menu?
Sourdough pizza and deep-dish focaccia, with vegetarian and vegan options. We can also bring antipasti, salads and desserts, plus drinks and coffee – just let us know. We'll agree on the selection with you.
Do you have gluten-free options?
On request we offer some gluten-free bases. We can't rule out cross-contamination, though, so they're not suitable for people with coeliac disease. Please note any allergies in the comments.
How long are you on site?
As long as you need us. 4 hours of service are included, longer is possible.
How early should we book?
For December, as early as possible. You'll get the binding offer within 2 business days.
Can we get a company invoice?
Yes, with your VAT ID if you like. We're registered on Coupa and issue XRechnung (Leitweg-ID).
Is the enquiry binding?
No. The enquiry is free and non-binding. It only becomes binding once you accept our offer.
