What do we do?
The Berliner Flavour
Our aim is to inspire a new perspective on pizza: gourmet toppings on a delicious sourdough crust. But… why sourdough? The sourdough fermentation process results in a crust that is more flavorful and easier to digest than a regular pizza crust. Our sourdough starter makes our pizza tastier and healthier, it's a win-win!

Delicious pizza, focaccia and drinks in an inspiring space, where we bake our pizzas in front of you 🍕 We are generally open Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 21:00. Our opening hours are ✨always✨ up to date on Google Maps. Come visit us in Pistoriusstraße 16, 13086 Berlin!
Our Food Truck
It's big and it's purple. You can't miss it. In our mobile lab space, we experiment with different variations of sourdough crust and local and seasonal ingredients. The best choice for your private events!
Catering in Berlin
We cater for business lunches, after-work events and events of all sizes. Our menu selection includes sourdough focaccia and pizza with seasonal, regional toppings. Desserts are also available.

But this time I was really satisfied. The crust was light and blistered just right, the toppings were balanced, and you could tell the dough had time and care behind it. Fantastic pizza shop. You can take away or eat at the tables inside or outside on the pavement. Thin crisp sourdough base with sweet tomato topping. Choose from meat or veggie pizza toppings from their menu. Very reasonable prices. They also sell pizza slices during daytime if you don't want too much. Selection of non alcoholic drinks from the fridge. Super friendly staff who speak Italian, German and English. Can't wait to visit again. Not open at the weekend 😢 Thanks guys!

Pizza in Italy isn’t always this good. So far we tried four different ones and I can’t even pick my favourite. The decoration inside is nostalgic and cute. I’m in love with their Laboratory sign. Thank you, guys. ❤️
