What do we do?

The Berliner Flavour

Our aim is to inspire a new perspective on pizza:
gourmet toppings on a delicious sourdough crust.

But… why sourdough? The sourdough fermentation process results in a crust that is more flavorful and easier to digest than a regular pizza crust. Our sourdough starter makes our pizza tastier and healthier, it’s a win-win!

FEEDING BERLIN SINCE 2020

We have been spoiling Berlin with our delicious sourdough pizzas since 2020.
It all started with our food truck, which was represented at well-known events and markets.

Now we have opened our own store in Weissensee, where we offer new flavor combinations and treats such as cinnamon buns in addition to our already beloved creations. Visit us and try our pizzas and focaccias.

Wow what a surprise. As a pizza devotee I can tell you that this Roman slice style pizza is from another planet. You’d definitely won’t imagine to find it in Berlin. Mastery of sourdough and very courageous yet spot on balance of ingredients.
