Leckere Pizza, Focaccia und Getränke in einem inspirierenden Raum, wo wir unsere Pizzen direkt vor Ihnen backen 🍕. Wir haben in der Regel Montag bis Freitag von 11:30 bis 21:00 geöffnet. But this time I was really satisfied. The crust was light and blistered just right, the toppings were balanced, and you could tell the dough had time and care behind it. The sauce had brightness without being overpowering, and the cheese melted beautifully. What stood out: Thoughtful combinations that still honor classic pizza fundamentals A crisp, well-executed crust with a pleasant chew Impeccable service: friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to explain the menu If you’re in the area and craving a pizza that respects tradition while pushing it forward, Backspace is a great pick. Fantastic pizza shop. You can take away or eat at the tables inside or outside on the pavement. Thin crisp sourdough base with sweet tomato topping. Choose from meat or veggie pizza toppings from their menu. Very reasonable prices. They also sell pizza slices during daytime if you don't want too much. Selection of non alcoholic drinks from the fridge. Super friendly staff who speak Italian, German and English. Can't wait to visit again. Not open at the weekend 😢 Thanks guys!

Pizza in Italy isn’t always this good. So far we tried four different ones and I can’t even pick my favourite. The decoration inside is nostalgic and cute. I’m in love with their Laboratory sign. Thank you, guys. ❤️
