Our aim is to inspire a new perspective on pizza:
from classic comfort food to something that tastes like an adventure and home all at once. Gourmet toppings on a delicious sourdough crust.
But… why sourdough? The sourdough fermentation process results in a crust that is more flavorful and easier to digest than a regular pizza crust. Sourdough also has a lower glycemic index than regular dough, which means it won’t cause spikes in blood sugar levels! Tastier and healthier, it’s a win-win!
It’s big and it’s purple. You can’t miss it.
In our mobile lab space, we experiment with different variations of sourdough crust and local and seasonal ingredients.
